Most beings need to eat. Some like to be social while eating. You can do that here. Food arrives through some form of TECHNOLOGY via some panel in the wall.

Loki stares at him for a moment. He's not sure whether it's disturbing or comforting, how much this is reminding him of his brother. But he's pretty sure he doesn't need the pity party. It is interesting that he can elicit that sort of response in a stranger.

"Oh, yes," he says, widening his eyes just a bit. "As to my friends... I would not say I've been missed, as such."

"Oh? Do you miss them?" He's pulling off some mix of fretful and calm, however that works. Cats are good at lazy scrutiny. Also at sneaking another few bites of food into a conversation.

"Well," he says, musingly. "At least there is food. I am also missing my friend's money." Then he realizes this might be a joke -and- true, so he smiles at it.

"Money's great, isn't it?" Loki beams. "Also, food. Have you tried the milkshakes? Not quite right, but not bad, either. You know, considering." He avoids the initial question. He hadn't, after all, admitted he even has friends. Loki's not above lying, of course, but it's fun when he doesn't have to. It's fun when he does, too, but it's different. "But space, right?" He pauses, seeking the right phrase. "Doesn't that... blow your mind?"
